We Are Proud of the Results We’ve Achieved for Our Clients
- Divorce – DIVISION OF MARITAL ASSETS AND RETIREMENT BENEFITS
The parties possessed multiple martial assets, and the opposing party failed to disclose certain assets and accounts, including retirement accounts, and our firm sent out discovery to save our client (wife) tens of thousands of dollars in a division of marital assets that they were unaware of.
- Parenting Time – CHILDREN PROTECTED
Our client was a single parent who had raised his children on his own. The other parent petitioned to establish parenting time to avoid child support after being served. We demonstrated that the other parent was a risk to the children’s safety due to issues such as drug and substance abuse, and the Court denied her request for parenting time and kept custody with our client (father).
- Divorce – BUSINESS VALUATION
Our client owned a successful business, and the other party disputed its value in a divorce proceeding. We reached a mutually acceptable settlement in line with our own expert’s appraisal based on numerous errors that we demonstrated based on the other party’s statements.

- Child Custody – COMPLETE SWITCH OF CUSTODY
Our client started his case unrepresented and had standard visitation. Our client sought to enforce her rights of a retirement account following the divorce of the parties. We requested contempt of the other party, and the court granted our request for immediate action for the disbursement of the retirement account, as well as ordered the other party to pay our client’s legal fees.

Clients sought custody of granddaughter after their daughter’s death (mother of child). Client grandparents were awarded custody of the granddaughter.
